Refund And Cancellation
1. No Refund After Session Starts
Once the 10-minute chat session has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, as the service is delivered instantly.
2. Refund Before Session
If you have made a payment but have not started the chat session yet, you may request a cancellation within 10 minutes of payment, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Missed or Delayed Sessions
If your session cannot start due to technical issues from our side (website/server downtime, astrologer not available, etc.), you will receive:
- A free rescheduled session, or
- A full refund, as per your choice.
If the delay is from the customer’s side (network issue, app not working, late joining), no refund is applicable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Payment / Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice or pay an incorrect amount, please email or message us within 24 hours.
A full refund for the duplicate/extra payment will be issued.
5. Unsatisfactory Experience
Astrology is a guidance-based service.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Personal satisfaction
- Outcome expectations
- Predictions not matching
As the service is delivered instantly and based on interpretation.
6. Fraudulent Activity / Chargebacks
Any fraudulent disputes or chargebacks after service delivery will result in:
- Permanent blocking of the user account
- Legal action if necessary
- We maintain chat logs and payment proof for verification.

- Reason for refund
We process refunds within 5–7 business days after approval.
